I created Big Sis Mentor because I remember exactly what it felt like to be 22 and overwhelmed. I was applying to jobs with no plan, Googling how to write a cover letter at midnight, and wondering why everyone else seemed to have it together. (Spoiler: they didn’t.)

I work full-time in Commercial Real Estate now, but I built Big Sis Mentor to be the resource I wish I had — a space where you get real tools, real advice, and real support from someone who actually gets it. No fluff. No career counselor voice. Just one step at a time with someone who's been there.

I knew I had to help other STUDENTS & GRADS FEEL LESS ALONE, & WAY MORE CONFIDENT!

I REMEMBER THE MOMENT I DECIDED I NEVER WANTED TO FEEL SO LOST, STUCK OR BEHIND AGAIN. Once I figured out how to move forward, I knew I had to help other students and grads avoid that same spiral.

Now, I help students and recent grads go from overwhelmed to clear, capable, and career-ready — with real tools, a game plan, and a little big-sis energy along the way. No hustle pressure. No fluff. Just support that actually makes sense for where you are right now.

MY JOURNEY TIMELINE

Graduated high school and started college as a D3 lacrosse player at Mount Holyoke.
I loved the structure and intensity of being a student-athlete, but I knew I wanted to explore more — and make a change that aligned with my long-term goals.

2019

2021

Transferred to Virginia Tech and found my fit in Real Estate.
I swapped coasts, changed majors, and hit reset on my college experience. At VT, I found my confidence again — in the classroom, in CRE, and in myself.

2024

Interned with Cushman & Wakefield and Lincoln Property Company.
Those experiences showed me how much I loved the industry — but also how little support there is for students navigating the early career process. I started mentoring others and building resources I wish I had when I started.

Seriously struggled to find a job- while finishing classes.
After months of rejection emails, awkward phone calls, and networking my ass off, I finally landed my dream role in Commercial Real Estate. But getting there wasn’t easy. I realized how little real support students get when it comes to actually landing a job — so I created the thing I needed.

That’s how Big Sis Mentor was born.
Now, I’m working full-time in CRE and building this platform to help students and grads land jobs they’re proud of, feel confident navigating their next chapter, and stop spiraling along the way.

Fun facts about me

  • I travel like it’s a part-time job. If there’s a flight deal and a cute Airbnb, I’ve already made a mood board and told myself it’s “career research.”

  • My rescue dog George runs my life. He’s half lab, half sheepdog, and fully convinced he owns the apartment (he might be right).

  • Sometimes I’m giving “career coach with her life together” and sometimes I’m Googling how to be productive while horizontal. Duality!

  • Currently training for... something. Not sure what. But I did download a workout app I haven’t opened yet. Follow along if I ever do.
